Trial, Return & Exchange (Questions: 8)

  • Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?
  • Buying a mattress, whether at a store or online, is a long-term investment that might affect your sleep health. When you buy a mattress at a store after lying on a few, listening to sales pitches, and receiving some fantastic prices, you're essentially disregarding how your and your partner's bodies will react to the mattress. Every new mattress has a break-in phase (adjustment period) during which your body adjusts to the improved feel. In a retail setting, lying on a mattress for a few minutes does not provide such information. Purchasing a mattress online adds to the reality that you will never be able to touch or feel the mattress before making a buying decision. That's why mattress companies provide a longer trial time so you can experience the mattress in your own home without feeling rushed before deciding whether to keep or return it.

  • Q.2) What is the duration of Amerisleep’s risk-free trial period?
  • From the date of delivery, Amerisleep offers a 100-night risk-free trial period.

  • Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try Amerisleep mattress before initiating a return?
  • Customers must try their mattress for at least 30 nights before seeking a refund from Amerisleep. If you are not pleased, you may return the mattress for a full refund after the 30-day period has expired but before the 100-day term has passed from the date of delivery.

  • Q.4) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
  • No, once you've opened your mattress, you can throw away the box and all packaging materials.

  • Q.5) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Amerisleep?
  • No, you do not have to worry about returning the merchandise to Amerisleep. Amerisleep will work with you to arrange for free delivery of the mattress to your home.

  • Q.6) What happens to returned or exchanged products?
  • Amerisleep does not resale mattresses that have been returned. Amerisleep will assist you in organizing a mattress donation to a local charity.

  • Q.7) When can I expect a refund for my return?
  • You will receive the refund amount in your original payment mode once your return has been accepted.

  • Q.8) Can I exchange a Amerisleep mattress?
  • If you want to exchange your current mattress for a different size or firmer or softer model, you can do so during the 100-night trial period. Follow these steps:

    Contact Amerisleep customer service at 800-500-4233 or cs@Amerisleep.com throughout the 100-night trial period. Tell them you'd like to exchange your Amerisleep model for something else.

    In the exchange procedure, the staff will work with you to arrange. They may inquire about your sleeping position or environment in order to recommend a suitable mattress.

    Amerisleep will deliver your new mattress and arrange for the pickup and recycling of your old one.

    You'll either get a complete refund for your old mattress or be charged the difference between the two-mattress pricing after your old mattress is hauled up. If you want financial assistance, please contact the support team.

Shipping & Delivery (Questions: 7)

  • Q.1) Does Amerisleep offer free shipping on orders and returns?
  • Within the continental United States, Amerisleep offers free shipping.

    Outside of the lower 48 states, Amerisleep does not offer direct delivery, so if you want a mattress delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world, you'll need to use a freight forwarder. Amerisleep does not recommend a freight forwarder, but they will ship for free to the one you've chosen and coordinated with within the continental United States. However, the purchaser would be responsible for the remainder of the shipping charges.

  • Q.2) Does Amerisleep offers shipping to Canada?
  • Amerisleep does not deliver to Canada. For orders to Canada, you'll need to identify and coordinate with a freight forwarder within the lower 48 states that Amerisleep can ship to.

  • Q.3) Does Amerisleep ships to any other country besides US?
  • Amerisleep exclusively offers free shipping within the United States. You'll need to discover and coordinate with a freight forwarder that the company can ship to within the lower 48 states for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world. All shipping arrangements and charges would be handled by the customer.

  • Q.4) What shipping partners Amerisleep currently uses?
  • Amerisleep ships its products to your home via FedEx.

  • Q.5) How soon Amerisleep delivers products after ordering?
  • Amerisleep Mattresses ship as quickly as 5-7 business days (excluding major holidays) via FedEx with curbside delivery. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

  • Q.6) Does Amerisleep charge any fees for return shipping?
  • Amerisleep will process your refund once it has been returned to their shipping facility, excluding any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

  • Q.7) Does Amerisleep offer white-glove or In-home delivery and set-up services?
  • When purchasing only a mattress, Amerisleep currently does not provide any White Glove delivery services, such as installation or removal of an existing mattress.

    When purchasing a mattress as part of a set that includes an adjustable frame, white-glove services may be available in some places.

Warranty (Questions: 4)

  • Q.1) Does Amerisleep offers warranty for mattresses?
  • Amerisleep memory foam mattresses and hybrid variants are also covered by a 20-year warranty. There are two parts to this limited warranty:

    The first TEN (10) years of the warranty are covered by a full replacement guarantee.

    The second TEN (10) year warranty is prorated.

     

    The warranty duration is measured from the date of purchase of the original mattress for a total of TWENTY (20) years.

  • Q.2) What does Amerisleep’s warranty covers in terms of defects?
  • If your mattress develops structural or manufacturing problems as a result of poor craftsmanship, Amerisleep will repair or replace it. Physical faults, such as fissures in the foam or a broken cover zipper, are examples of this.

  • Q.3) What defects are not covered under Amerisleep’s warranty?
  • Normal wear and tear, such as a normal rise in material softness or a decrease in the recovery characteristic of the foam, are not covered by the Amerisleep mattress warranty. The pressure-relieving properties of the mattress are unaffected by these alleged "defects." They usually occur during the break-in process, but they can also occur during routine use despite safe handling.

    The warranty does not cover rips and tears in the cover caused by inappropriate handling or normal wear and tear.

  • Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • If Amerisleep determines that your mattress fault is covered by their limited warranty, your only option is to have it repaired or replaced with a mattress of equivalent size and style. If your size and/or model is no longer available, Amerisleep will, at their discretion, give the most comparable mattress as a replacement.

    During this time, if a defect in your mattress requires a repair or replacement, Amerisleep will cover the cost. Customers may be responsible for associated charges for cover replacements if labor and transportation costs are not covered. Amerisleep also does not provide mattress removal services for broken or defective mattresses.

Payment & Financing (Questions: 5)

  • Q.1) What forms of payment Amerisleep accepts?
  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted by Amerisleep. If you call their support service at 1-800-500-4233, they will take a direct bank transfer from your checking or savings account. Purchases are also eligible for 0% APR financing.

    If you're paying using a debit card, you'll probably need to call your bank first to get a greater spending limit authorized.

  • Q.2) Does Amerisleep offer financing?
  • Yes, Amerisleep Financing offers 0% interest payment plans with Klarna.

  • Q.3) How does Klama work?
  • Choose your mattress, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, then select Klarna financing as your payment option and complete your credit application form.

    Orders under $1,000 can be paid in four installments over six weeks. Orders above $1,000 are eligible for 0% interest financing for 6, 12, or 18 months.

  • Q.4) How do you apply for financing from Klama?
  • Choose your mattress, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, select Klarna financing as your payment option and complete your credit application form.

  • Q.5) Does financing from Klama will affect my credit scores?
  • Amerisleep will run a credit check for the Pay in 4 options, but it will not affect your credit score. However, Amerisleep Financing powered by Klarna may impact your credit score for any longer-term mattress financing arrangements. Amerisleep may conduct a credit check with credit reference companies to complete your credit evaluation. This credit check will appear on your credit report as an inquiry, visible to others, and may influence your credit score.
