  • Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture's offer a free trial period for the mattresses purchased online?
  • Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. While buying a bed in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting great deals, you ignore how you and your partner's body will react to the bed. Any new mattress comes with a break-in or adjustment period as your body needs some time to adjust to a better feel. Therefore, lying on a mattress for a short time in a store setting does not provide the necessary insight. Purchasing a mattress online further compounds the fact that you never get to touch or feel it before buying it. That's why mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the mattress in a comfortable home without any pressure and then make the call whether to retain or return.

  • Q.2) What is the duration of Beautyrest's risk-free trial period?
  • Beautyrest offers a 100-night trial for its mattresses. The trial period will initiate on the delivery day.

  • Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try Beautyrest mattress before initiating a return?
  • If you decide to return it, you must wait 30 days before initiating a return. This break-in period allows your body time to adjust to a new bed and the mattress time to break in thoroughly.

  • Q.4) How do I initiate the mattress return process?
  • To return a product bought directly on Beautyrest.com within the first 100-days, Beautyrest will work with you to have the product picked up and removed from your home. Reach out to Beautyrest directly at support@Beautyrest.com to schedule a removal.

  • Q.5) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
  • You do not need to keep the original packaging material. In the event of a return, Beautyrest will work with you to have the product picked up and removed from your home.

  • Q.6) Do I need to make my arrangements for shipping the product back to Beautyrest?
  • No, you don't have to arrange for shipping the product back to Beautyrest. Beautyrest will work with you to have the product picked up and removed from your home.

  • Q.7) When can I expect a return for my refund amount?
  • As soon as the item is on its way back to us, Beautyrest will issue a full refund.

  • Q.8) Can I exchange a Beautyrest mattress?
  • If you're still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through Beautyrest.com, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product. You can call Beautyrest at 877-298-4955, so they can walk you through the exchange process. They will place your new order over the phone, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference accordingly), and walk you through the steps for the removal of the original product.

  • Q.9) What happens to returned or exchanged products?
  • Beautyrest recycles the returned mattress. Beautyrest will cover the charges for picking up and recycling your mattress.

  • Q.1) Does Beautyrest offer a warranty for mattresses?
  • Beautyrest offers a 10-year limited warranty on its mattresses. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials.

  • Q.2) Who this Mattress Warranty extends to?
  • Beautyrest's Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchasers of the Beautyrest Mattress from Beautyrest stores, online, or from an authorized retailer. The Limited Warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owners of the Beautyrest Mattress.

  • Q.3) What does Beautyrest's warranty cover in terms of defects?
  • Beautyrest's 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as compressions deeper than 3/4", sagging, flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack, and cover defects, such as unraveling stitching.

  • Q.4) What defects are not covered under Beautyrest's warranty?
  • Beautyrest's limited warranty doesn't cover:

    • Consumer firmness/comfort preference.
    • Regular changes in softness or recovery time of high-density foams, including memory foam, due to everyday use, temperature, or humidity.
    • Average body impression as indicated by your warranty code.
    • Consumer bed height/weight preference.
    • Cover fabric and handles.
    • Corner guards.
    • Bent border/grid wires.
    • Burns, cuts, or tears.
    • Vermin infestations.
    • Mattresses or foundations displaying stains or soil that reasonably indicate the presence of potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood-borne pathogens, or other substances that could cause injury.
    • Mattresses used with an inadequate foundation and/or support system.
    • Adjustable foundations (see owner's manual for details on warranty coverage).
  • Q.5) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • If Beautyrest determines that your claimed defect is covered under this Limited Warranty, your exclusive remedy, instead of all incidental, special, or consequential damages, including for negligence, is limited to repair or replacement of your Beautyrest Mattress or the component deemed to be defective under the terms and conditions stated in this Limited Warranty. Your mattress with being replaced with a comparable size and model mattress. If your size and/or model is discontinued, they will provide the most comparable Beautyrest Mattress product available as a replacement at the brand's sole discretion.

Payment & Financing (Questions: 5)

  • Q.1) What forms of payment does Beautyrest accept?
  • Beautyrest accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Beautyrest also has payment options available through PayPal.

  • Q.2) Does Beautyrest offer to finance?
  • Financing is available directly through the Beautyrest website. Beautyrest has partnered with Affirm to offer financing or pay-over-time options for its customers.

  • Q.3) How does Affirm work?
  • You will be given loan options for 3, 6, or 12 months if approved. The first payment is due at checkout.

  • Q.4) How do you apply for financing from Affirm?
  • At checkout, you will be given the option to pay through Affirm. You will be given loan options for 3, 6, or 12 months if approved. All interest is provided upfront, there are no hidden fees, and only a soft credit check is done through Affirm's system for approval (financing through Affirm is not available in West Virginia and Iowa).

  • Q.5) Will financing from Affirm affect my credit scores?
  • Affirm only requests a soft credit check for approval so that the credit inquiry won't affect your credit score.
