Trial, Return & Exchange (Questions: 8)

  • Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?
  • Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. While buying a mattress in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting some great deals, you ignore how you and your partner's body will react to the mattress. Any new mattress has a break-in period (adjustment period), and your body needs time to adjust to a better feel. Lying on a mattress for a short time in a store setting does not provide such insight. Buying a mattress online further compounds the fact that you never got to touch or feel the mattress before you purchase. That's why mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the mattress in a comfortable home setting without any pressure and then make the call whether to retain or return.

  • Q.2) What is the duration of LaylaSleep’s sleep trial period?
  • LaylaSleep offers a 120-night sleep trial that begins when the mattress is purchased.                                                                                             

  • Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try LaylaSleep mattress before initiating a return?
  • LaylaSleep asks that you sleep on the mattress for at least two weeks before deciding if it's right. You may initiate a return after two weeks from the day the mattress has been shipped to you.

  • Q.4) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
  • After you unbox your mattress, you can recycle the packaging and outer box. You don't need to preserve it.

  • Q.5) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to LaylaSleep?
  • Generally, laylasleep will make its arrangements to pick up the mattress from your home, but when possible, Layla Sleep will ask you to donate the product to a local charity.

  • Q.6) What happens to returned or exchanged products?
  • LaylaSleep partners with local non-profits and charitable organizations to re-purpose your returned mattress, so none of your returned mattresses will waste.

  • Q.7) When can I expect a return for my refund?
  • You can return your LaylaSleep mattress for a 100% refund with no restocking or shipping fees charged. Your refund balance will be credited back to your original form of payment once your refund has been issued.

  • Q.8) Can I exchange a LaylaSleep mattress?
  • You can return the LaylaSleep mattress; contact LaylaSleep if you have any issues, and if you don't love it, LaylaSleep will have the mattress picked up from your doorstep and refund you in full.

  • Q.1) Does LaylaSleep offers warranty for mattresses?
  • Layla offers an unprecedented Lifetime Warranty on the Layla Mattress. A 5-year warranty on the Layla Foundation, 10 Year warranty on the Layla Bed Frame, and a five-year warranty on the Layla Pillow.

  • Q.2) What does LaylaSleep’s warranty covers in terms of defects?
  • This mattress warranty includes:

    • Sagging (more than 1”)
    • Loss of shape
    • Split or crack in the foam
    • Loss in the mattress height.
  • Q.3) What defects are not covered under LaylaSleep’s warranty?
  • This mattress warranty doesn’t include:

    • Faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as wrinkles on the fabric
    • Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes in the fabric
    • Mattresses that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained, or otherwise abused
    • Mattress dimension (width, length, and or height) discrepancies of up to +-1″
    • The appearance of mold on and infestation with vermin (such as bed bugs) due to improper and unsanitary care of the mattress.
  • Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • Layla will repair or replace the defective mattress or the defective component(s) of the mattress. In the case of a manufacturing discrepancy in a component of the mattress, such as the mattress cover, Layla will repair or replace the component rather than replace the entire mattress, and they reserve sole and complete discretion over that election. If Layla elects to replace the mattress or component, they will replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at that instance of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original.
