Trial, Return & Exchange (Questions: 8)

  • Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?
  • Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. While buying a mattress in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting some great deals, you ignore how you and your partner's body will react to the mattress. Any new mattress has a break-in period (adjustment period), and your body needs time to adjust to a better feel. Lying on a mattress for a short time in a store setting does not provide insight. Buying a mattress online further compounds that you never got to touch or feel the mattress before you purchase. Mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the mattress in a comfortable home setting without any pressure and then decide whether to retain or return.

  • Q.2) What is the duration of Leesa’s risk-free trial period?
  • Leesa offers a 100 night risk-free trial for all mattresses. The trial period will begin on the day of delivery.

  • Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try Leesa mattress before initiating a return?
  • It would be best if you had the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights (starting the day it's delivered). It allows your body ample time to get accustomed to the sensation of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. In case you're still unhappy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return.

  • Q.4) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
  • No, Leesa mattresses are compressed and rolled using powerful industrial machines, so there's no option that they'll fit in their original box once opened. You can recycle or reuse the packaging.

  • Q.5) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Leesa?
  • No need to make any arrangements for shipping the product back to Leesa. Just keep aside bedding, and the Leesa team will pick up your mattress for free.

  • Q.6) What happens to returned or exchanged products?
  • Instead of returned mattresses going to landfills, Leesa donates mattresses in good condition to those in need. In most cases, your returned mattress goes to a child or family.

  • Q.7) When can I expect a return for my refund?
  • You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment within ten business days.

  • Q.8) Can I exchange a Leesa mattress?
  • You can exchange your mattress as quickly as you can return it. Leesa also processes exchanges similar to returns. You are free to order your new mattress at any time during the return process. If you want to make sure you have a mattress at all times, coordinate your new mattress delivery with the old mattress pickup.

Warranty (Questions: 4)

  • Q.1) Does Leesa offers warranty for mattresses?
  • Leesa mattresses have a 10-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

  • Q.2) What does Leesa’s warranty covers in terms of defects?
  • This Limited Warranty covers the following instances during regular use:

    • Deterioration of the mattress resulting in a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag due to an improper or unsupportive foundation or base. Normal wear requires that a purchaser's mattress be continuously supported by a matching, solid foundation, floor, or frame substantial enough to keep the mattress and occupant(s).
    • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper set-up and everyday use.
    • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams and zipper assembly. Leesa may, at its option, repair or replace the cover provided on the mattress. If Leesa replaces the mattress cover, Leesa will replace it with the current style of cover available for the mattress, which may be of a different color, design, or material than the original cover provided.
  • Q.3) What defects are not covered under Leesa’s warranty?
  • This Limited Warranty does not include:

    • An average increase in softness of the memory foam is standard and does not affect the pressure-relaxing quality of the mattress.
    • Comfort preference.
    • External abuse or damage to the structure and cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage & stains, or soiling.
    • Deformity from using an improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base.
  • Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • For ten years after you purchase your new mattress, Leesa will replace or repair it if a defect is found. It includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a fault, and there's no deductible.
