  • The Winkbeds Mattress comes with a lifetime limited warranty.

  • Q.2) Who this Mattress Warranty extends to?
  • This warranty extends only to the original mattress owner who purchased their Winkbeds mattress from an authorized retailer. The owner should retain a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.

  • Q.3) What does Winkbeds’s warranty covers in terms of defects?
  • This warranty covers defects:

    • Indentations greater than 1.5 inches
    • Defects in the assembly of the cover
    •  Flaws that cause degradation, splitting, or cracking of the foam.
  • Q.4) What defects are not covered under Winkbeds’s warranty?
  • This warranty doesn't cover:

    • Any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or violates instructions, including the instruction to place the mattress on a proper bed frame.
    • An expected increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
    •  Comfort preference.
    • Defects caused due to physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
    • Mattresses sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned", "used", "returned", "previously owned", or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not "new" or of "first quality", or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
  • Q.5) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • Eligible defects will be remedied with a mattress replacement at no cost to the customer.
