• Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?
Buying a mattress, whether at a store or online, is a long-term investment that can significantly impact your sleep health. When you buy a mattress at a physical store after lying on a few, listening to sales pitches, and receiving some fantastic prices, you are essentially ignoring how your and your partner's bodies will react to the mattress. A break-in phase (adjustment period) is required for any new mattress since your body requires time to acclimatize to the improved feel. Such information cannot be gained by lying on a mattress for a few minutes at a store. Purchasing a mattress online adds to the reality that you will never be able to touch or feel the mattress before making a buying decision. That's why mattress companies provide a longer trial time so you can experience the mattress in your own home without feeling rushed before deciding whether to keep or return it.
• What is the duration of Allswell’s risk-free trial period?

Starting from the date of delivery, Allswell offers a 100-night risk-free trial period.

• What is the minimum period you need to try Allswell mattress before initiating a return?

To allow your body to cope with the new mattress, Allswell recommends sleeping for at least three weeks. You have the option to return the mattress if you are not happy.

• Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?

As you won't be able to leave your Allswell mattress in the box once you've unpacked it, you'll need to dispose of or recycle it after you've finished putting it up.

• Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Allswell?

For the return, you do not need to pack your mattress. Just leave it unboxed and the driver will handle the rest.

• Does Allswell offer free shipping on orders and returns?

With the exception of California, Allswell offers free ground shipping on orders over $35 to the 48 contiguous United States and DC.

• Does Allswell offers shipping to Canada?

Canada is not served by Allswell.

• Does Allswell ships to any other country besides US?

With the exception of California, Allswell ships to the 48 contiguous United States and DC.

• How soon Allswell delivers products after ordering?

The order will be processed in 1/2 working days, and the Allswell warehouse does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. An email will be sent with your tracking number after it ships, allowing you to pursue the order till it reaches your house. Ground shipment might take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door, depending on where you live.

• Does Allswell charge any fees for return shipping?

Return shipping is free of charge at Allswell. All returns are free of charge.

Warranty

• Does Allswell offers warranty for mattresses?
Allswell offers a 10-Year Limited Warranty if you have a problem with your mattress due to faulty workmanship or materials (excludes crib mattresses). Contact the company and they'll look into it; if the problem is covered by warranty, they'll either repair or replace it, or give you a refund.
• What is the remedy if a defect is found?
If a problem is detected during the warranty period, the brand will either replace the mattress or issue a pro-rated refund, at its discretion.
• What defects are not covered under Allswell’s warranty?
Your mattress, with the exception of baby mattresses, is covered by an Allswell warranty against faults in workmanship and materials. If your mattress is found defective due to poor workmanship or structural problems other than the specified limitations set forth, the brand will replace it or give you a pro-rated refund, at its discretion.

• What does Allswell’s warranty covers in terms of defects?

• What forms of payment Allswell accepts?
Allswell accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Affirm instant financing for your purchase.

Allswell does not accept split payments or PayPal at this time.
• Does Allswell offer financing?
With their partners at Affirm, Allswell offers financing starting at 0% APR on orders over $250 (excluding taxes and delivery). The application is completed during the checkout process, and the first payment is due one month after the order is placed.
• How does Affirm work?
Affirm allows you to pay for your Allswell products over time in convenient monthly installments. They provide the customers with a variety of alternatives, including 0% APR financing. You can spread payments over three, six, twelve, eighteen, or twenty-four months, depending on the amount funded. During this time, you can pay off any outstanding balance in full.
• Are there any restrictions on Affirm financing?

Payments made through Affirm are only valid in the United States and are currently unavailable to residents of West Virginia and Iowa.
