  • Does Eightsleep offers warranty for mattresses?
  • The Pod Series: 2-year warranty on the technology layer, ten-year warranty on the foam mattress.

    The Sleep Tracker/Smart Bed Series: 1-year warranty on the technology layer, ten-year warranty on the foam mattress

  • What does Eightsleep’s warranty covers in terms of defects?
  • The Limited Warranty includes the following instances during normal use:

    • Deterioration of the foam results in a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not related to an indentation or sag due to incorrect foundation or base.
    • Normal wear requires that a purchaser’s Product be continuously supported by a matching, solid foundation, base, or frame substantial enough to support the Product and occupant(s).
    • Any structural deformity while creating the product causes permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper setup and normal use.
    • Any defect in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams and zipper assembly
  • What defects are not covered under Eightsleep’s warranty?
  • The Limited Warranty is without:

    • A normal increase in softness of the memory foam is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the Product. 
    • Comfort preference.
    • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage & stains, or soiling.
    • Damage from using an improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base.
    • Replacement(s) of another piece in the Eightsleep system, unless another piece(s) is also defective—Product sold by unauthorized traders, retailers. Product sold "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "comfort return," "returned," "previously owned," or any other similar wording indicating that the Product is not "new" or of "first quality," or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
  • What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • If any defect is found, At its option, Eight may repair or replace the cover provided on the Product. Suppose Eight replaces the white mattress encasement wrapping the mattress's foam (the "Mattress Cover"). In that case, Brand will replace it with the current style of cover available for the Product, which may be of dissimilar color, design, or material than the original cover provided.
