• Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?

Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. While buying a mattress in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting some great deals, you are ignoring how you and your partner's body will react to the Mattress. Any new mattress has a break-in period (adjustment period), and your body needs time to adjust to a better feel. Lying on a mattress for a short time in a store setting does not provide insight. Buying a mattress online further compounds that you never got to touch or feel the Mattress before you made the purchase decision. That's why mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the Mattress in a comfortable home setting without any pressure and then make the call whether to retain or return.

• Q.2) What is the duration of Luuf beds’s risk-free trial period?

Luufbed mattresses come with a 100 night trial period.

• Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try Luufbeds mattress before initiating a return?

Luufbeds recommends you keep your Luufbeds Mattress for at least 21 nights before initiating a return.

• Q.4) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?

You don’t need to keep the packaging or boxes. Once you finish setting up the Mattress, you can dispose of or recycle the packaging appropriately.

• Q.5) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Luufbeds?

You don't need to make any arrangements for shipping the product back to Luufbeds. Luufbeds will pick up the Mattress from your home and issue a full refund.

• Q.6) What happens to returned or exchanged products?

Luufbeds doesn't resell returned or exchanged products. They pick up the Mattress to recycle or donate them to the local charity.

• Q.7) When can I expect a refund for my return?

Once your Mattress is picked up from your home, Luufbeds will issue a full refund for your return.

• Q.8) Can I exchange a Luufbeds mattress?

If your Luufbed Mattress is under the 100-day sleep trial, you can exchange your Luufbed Mattress for a different model. For your Mattress to get exchanged, the Mattress must be free from stains and damage.

Shipping & Delivery (Questions: 7)

• Q.1) Does Luufbeds offer free shipping on orders and returns?

Currently, Luufbeds doesn’t ship to Canada.

• Q.2) Does Luufbeds offers shipping to Canada?

Currently, Luufbeds doesn’t ship to Canada.

• Q.3) Does Luufbeds ships to any other country besides US?

Luufbeds doesn't go to any other country besides 48 lower US states.

• Q.4) What shipping partners Luufbeds currently uses?

Luufbeds deliver its product via UPS or FedEx delivery.

• Q.5) How soon Luufbeds delivers products after ordering?

Luufbeds mattress usually arrives within ten business days from the day of your order.

• Q.6) Does Luufbeds charge any fees for return shipping?

Luufbeds doesn’t charge any fee for returns. You can return your Luufbed products for free.

• Q.7) Does Luufbeds offer white-glove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

No white glove delivery or old mattress removal service is available with Luufbeds.

Warranty (Questions: 4)

• Q.1) Does Luufbeds offers warranty for mattresses?

Luufbeds come with ten years warranty period for all its mattresses.

• Q.2) What does Luufbeds’s warranty covers in terms of defects?

The Limited Warranty cover:

• Any visible indentation equal or greater than one and one-half (1.5) inches that are not associated with the result of a defective, improper, or unsupportive foundation, box spring, or base.
• A proper bed frame must offer substantial support for the Mattress, foundation, and user(s). For this Limited Warranty, a reasonable bed frame is defined as having a minor five to six (5-6) leg support for a Queen, Eastern King, and California King mattress four (4) leg support for Twin and Full mattresses.
• For Queen, Eastern King, and California King slatted style bed frames, there can't be greater than five (5) inches between each slat to provide ample structural support for the foundation and user(s).
• Any cosmetic damages to the Mattress are not caused by normal wear and tear, which affects the Mattress's performance.
• Q.3) What defects are not covered under Luufbeds’s warranty?

The Limited Warranty doesn’t cover:

• An average increase in softness due to normal usage
• Comfort preference. Luuf does not guarantee the firmness or softness quality of any mattress.
• External abuse or damage to the structure and materials, including but not limited to burns, slits, tears, and liquid damage.
• Mold, odors, and discoloration caused by abnormal care include liquid spill improper ventilation, including, but not limited to, humid climates and areas where the Mattress is exposed to excessive water or humidity.
• Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, box spring, or base as determined by Luuf.
• Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?

If any manufacturing or material defects are found, Luufbeds, at its option, replace the purchaser's Luuf Mattress sold in the United States.

Luufbeds offer financing through Affirm. People with low fico scores can also purchase with financing through catapult.

• Q.3) How does Affirm work?

Affirm -a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit payment products. Affirm offers real-time financing for purchases online. With Affirm, you can now buy and receive your purchase and pay for it in fixed monthly installments.

• Q.4) How do you apply for financing from Affirm?

To qualify for financing, click on the Affirm link on any product pages or select Affirm Monthly Payments at checkout. After clicking the link or proceeding to Affirm at checkout.

• Q.5) Does financing from Affirm will affect my credit scores?

When creating an Affirm account, Affirm does a 'soft' credit check to verify your identity and calculate the eligibility for financing. This 'soft' credit check will not affect your credit score.
