  • Q.1) Why do mattress manufacture’s offer free trial period for online purchase of mattresses?
  • Whether you purchase a mattress in a store or online, you make a long-term decision that could impact your sleep health. When you buy a bed in a store after lying on a few mattresses, listening to sales pitches, and getting some great deals, you ignore how you and your partner's body will react to the bed. Any new mattress has a break-in period (adjustment period), and your body needs time to adjust to a better feel. Lying on a mattress for a few minutes in a store setting does not provide insight. Buying a mattress online further compounds that you never got to touch or feel the bed before purchasing. That's why mattress manufacturers offer an extended trial period to try the mattress in a comfortable home setting without any pressure and then decide whether to retain or return.

  • Q.2) What is the duration of Plushbeds’ risk-free trial period?
  • Plushbeds offer a 100-night sleep trial. You get over three months to test the mattresses at home and decide whether you're getting the best sleep.

  • Q.3) What is the minimum period you need to try Plushbeds mattress before initiating a return?
  • Plushbeds ask you to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return.

  • Q.4) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?
  • Plushbeds require you to save the original mattress packaging materials during your 100 Night Sleep Trial if you decide to return your mattress.

  • Q.5) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to Plushbeds?
  • The trained carriers from Plushbeds will remove the mattress from your bedroom and transport it to the local recycling facility, so there's nothing for you to do. mattress removal service charge is $149within the contiguous United States

  • Q.6) What happens to returned or exchanged products?
  • Plushbed never re-sell the returned mattress. They send the returned bed to a local recycling facility.

  • Q.7) When can I expect a return for my refund?
  • Once plush beds receive your mattress, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded within 72 hours.

  • Q.8) Can I exchange a Plushbeds mattress?
  • The Botanical Bliss and the Natural Bliss mattresses include a free comfort exchange option during your trial period.

    These mattresses are specially crafted with latex layers and pillow-tops that can be removed and exchanged for different levels of firmness. You can swap out the existing top layer at home.

Warranty (Questions: 3)

  • Q.1) Does Plushbeds offers warranty for mattresses?
  • PlushBeds offers a 25-year warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing.

  • Q.2) What defects are not covered under Plushbeds’s warranty?
  • Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear of the mattress cover
    • Body impressions (less than 1.5 inches)
    •  Individual comfort preferences
    • Failure in keeping the mattress clean and free of stains
    • Odors, mold, or discoloration due to exposure to spills or improper ventilation
    • Misuse of the bed or any abuse, including burns
    • Damage caused by insufficient support
    • Improper cleaning and storage
    • Surface imperfections
    • Individual allergies, sensitivities, or medical issues
  • Q.3) What is the remedy if a defect is found?
  • If a manufacturing or material defect comes up within the first ten years, PlushBeds will repair or replace it (at the option of PlushBeds Inc.). PlushBeds may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are unavailable if replacement is needed.

    Suppose defects such as splitting or cracking may occur during normal usage and proper handling during the remaining fifteen (15) years of this limited warranty. In that case, we will, at our discretion, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you or replace the bed at a prorated charge to you.
