Trial, Return & Exchange (Questions: 7)

• Q.1) What is the duration of level sleep’s risk-free trial period?

Levelsleep offers a 365-night risk-free trial for all mattresses. The trial period will begin on the day of delivery.

• Q.2) What is the minimum period you need to try level sleep mattress before initiating a return?

Level sleep recommends you try the Mattress for at least one month before initiating a return. If unsatisfied, you can return the Mattress after one month but 365 days from delivery for a full refund.

• Q.3) Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?

No, there is no requirement of the packing materials.

• Q.4) Do I need to make my own arrangements for shipping product back to level sleep?

Level sleep work with you to find a mutually agreeable time to pick up your Level Sleep mattress. A Level Sleep representative will assist you in your return to help make the entire process as painless and straightforward as possible. All returns on items purchased via financing are subject to purchase agreement terms completed at checkout.

• Q.5) What happens to returned or exchanged products?

Your returned level sleep mattress is either donated or disposed of locally.

• Q.6) When can I expect a return for my refund?

Your refund will be issued the day level sleep come and pick up the Mattress, and you can set it all up with level rest via webchat, email, or phone call.

• Q.7) Can I exchange a level sleep mattress?

If you find any defects or damages to your Level Sleep mattress, contact the  Customer Service team, and they will coordinate to correct the issue. Other traditional exchanges are handled through the return process; then, you can decide if you would like to purchase your replacement before receiving the refund for your return.

• Q.1) Does Levelsleep offer free shipping on orders and returns?

Levelsleep offers free delivery within the contiguous United States. oAdditional charges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

• Q.2) Does Levelsleep offers shipping to Canada?

Currently, level sleep doesn’t ship to Canada.

• Q.3) Does Levelsleep ships to any other country besides US?

No, international shipping is not available at this time.

• Q.4) What shipping partners Levelsleep currently uses?

Levelsleep uses FedEx to deliver its product across the US.

• Q.5) How soon Levelsleep delivers products after ordering?

Most Level Sleep Mattresses are delivered within 2 to 3 working days once the order gets placed. They generally arrive 1 to 5 business days after they ship.

• Q.6) Does Levelsleep charge any fees for return shipping?

Layla does not charge anything for return shipping. All returns are free.

• Q.7) Does Levelsleep offer white-glove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

Yes, level sleep offers a white glove delivery service for an additional charge. This service includes the delivery and set-up of the new Mattress.

• Q.8) How much Levelsleep charges for whiteglove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

White glove delivery fees vary from place to place. You can see the costs applicable when checkout with white glove delivery.

• Q.9) Where does Levelsleep offer white-glove or In-home delivery and set-up services?

Levelsleep white glove delivery is available at limited locations across the US.

Warranty (Questions: 4)

• Q.1) Does Levelsleep offers warranty for mattresses?

Levelsleep mattresses come with a forever limited warranty.

• Q.2) What does Levelsleep’s warranty covers in terms of defects?

The Following Defects Are Covered:

• Deterioration causes the Mattress to have a clear indentation of more than one (1.5") one and one-half inches that aren't associated with an indentation or sag, which results from improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress has continuous support from a suitable foundation or adjustable bed frame with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and user(s).
• Any physical flaw in the Mattress creates the foam substance to degrad, split, or tear,inspite normal usage and careful handling.
• Any production defect in the assembly of the Mattress Cover.
• Q.3) What defects are not covered under Levelsleep’s warranty?
• Any product subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or used violates instructions, including instructions to place Mattress on the proper bed frame.
• An average increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material does not affect the pressure-relaxaing qualities of the Mattress.
• Comfort suitablity.
• Defects caused by external abuse or damage to the structure and cover material include burns, cuts, tears, liquid spliis, or stains.
• Mattresses sold "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "returned," "previously owned," or any other similar wording indicating that the Mattress is not "new" or of "first quality," or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

 

• Q.4) What is the remedy if a defect is found?

If your Level Sleep mattress is defective in quality of construction (craft) or materials, we will completely replace your Mattress with a brand new Level Sleep at no charge to you for the first ten years of ownership. After year ten, we will repair, re-cover, or replace your Level Sleep mattress depending on the need. If a mistake or defect exist, we will waive all transportation costs it takes for us to pick up your Level Sleep mattress, and we'll completely repair and re-cover it.

Payment & Financing (Questions: 5)

• Q.1) What forms of payment Levelsleep accepts?

Levelsleep accepts various payment forms, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also offer financing options through Affirm.

• Q.2) Does Levelsleep offer financing?

Yes, level sleep offers a financing option through affirming.

• Q.3) How does Affirm work?

Affirm gives you the option to spread out your purchase into monthly payments, making it easier to purchase than spending an entire lump sum at once. Keep in mind that some purchases made with Affirm may require a down payment.

• Q.4) How do you apply for financing from Affirm?

Follow these steps to apply for financing with Affirm:

• Selecting Affirm as  payment method at checkout.
• Enter information regarding yourself, including email, contact number, birth date, etc.
• Confirm your identity through authorization code sent to your mobile phone.
• Within seconds, notification of all loan details, including the loan amount you get approved for, the rate of interest, and how many months you will have to pay off your loan. You will have the option to choose the number of months you wish to pay off your loan and the minimum payment needed each month.
• Choose "Confirm Loan" if you want to choose to pay with Affirm, and you're ok!
• Q.5) Does financing from Affirm will affect my credit scores?

While initiating an Affirm account, A 'soft' credit check will is performed by Affirm to help validate your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This 'soft' credit check will not affect your credit score.
